Thanks to Rachida, my family and I enjoyed a wonderful vacation in Cuba. She was able to find me a better price than anything I could find myself online. In fact she found us a better quality hotel for less money. Rachida is conscientious and always does her best for her clients. Highly recommended! Very knowledgeable.

Was not happy with the recommended hotel in Mexico. Got no response when home , from agent. No follow up. Would not go with this company again.

Called to inquire about cuba a few weeks ago, spoke to a woman not sure who, told me they didn't recommend cuba and wouldn't book unless we knew exactly where to go. Didn't offer any advice or other locations to travel. Ended up booking Mexico myself online, lost business on their part. Would have loved to hear other recommendations from them as I told them I was thinking Cuba because of the low price.

Had a great time with the captain and tour guide! A lot of wonderful information and a very pleasant boat ride. Am very glad to have chosen this company as the boat is smaller and more intimate than other local cruise ships. And the views were great as you can step up directly to the edge of boat when at a site.

We had our wedding on the Yankee Lady IV and are so thankful that we decided to use this venue! We booked in March and had our wedding in July. From the moment we talked to the general manager, Jill Hicks, we knew we made the right decision. Jill was very attentive and was there for us every step of the way. All the recommendations that were given was excellent. The food and photographer were amazing. Everything went so smoothly and we had our dream wedding. The staff during the wedding especially Tasha, were outstanding and catered to our every need. Super friendly and very accommodating! We had the best day. All our guests are still raving about the stunning night. The Yankee Lady went above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommend their services!
